I'm a retired resident of Hawaii. A previous business owner and Vietnam combat veteran honorably retired, from the United States Army and Oahu Transit Service. Over a period of years, I have been associated with many children who are considered as, Youth-at-Risk. I have served as Scout Master of a Boy Scout Troop, volunteer Teacher, and Tutor at an Alternative School for Youth-at-Risk. I have Mentor delinquent Boys for the Hawaii National Guard Youth Challenge Academy. Worked with Hawaii's physical challenged community and voluntered at the Hawaii Veterans Medical Center. I'm a Past Grand Master of Prince Hall Masons of Hawaii and a member of several Social organizations. I have a Bachelor degree in Social Science, Specialization: Political Science/Sociology and a Master of Science in Administration, Specialization: Public Administration. My personal experience provides me expert knowledge on Youth-at-Risk: I was that Youth.
